SAVING MONEY Realistically as an ESCORT or DOMME

Saving money, I’ve begrudgingly become pretty good at that.

These are the GOOD money savers and investments I’ve weeded out from a lot of trial and error.

I use these daily and they’ve worked for me, personally.

I hope you benefit from at least one of these.

Good Luck and Enjoy! :)

SAVE MONEY:

These are super easy, fast, passive ways to save money:

iBotta - Just check out which stores are participating, which items are offering rebates (most of them you already buy at the grocery store), then take pics of your receipts and earn cash back.

eBates - Any time you shop online, do so with eBates and earn cash back.

RetailMeNot - It’s coupon Heaven, basically.  If you’re going to buy a birthday present, or need a new outfit for work, then why not have a coupon towards it? You don’t even have to print it out; just show your coupon from your phone at the register.  Done.

Snip Snap - My favorite virtual coupon binder.  This app allows you to search stores/retailers for coupons and then download them directly to the app.  The app automatically sorts them by expiration date, or you can search your saved coupons by retailer.  When you get to checkout, the cashier simply scans your phone for each coupon or types in the code displayed under the coupon.

Flipp - Basically a digital version of all the Sunday paper coupons you could hope for.  Plus you can add your store loyalty cards.  I’m addicted.

DealsPlus - Deals and coupons for savings on TOP of savings for other sites like Groupon and Hotels.com.

Gas Buddy - Find the cheapest gas prices near you.

Hotel Tonight - For TOURING.  I effing LOVE this app.  Find and book the cheapest last minute hotels in your desired area.  I use this in addition to KAYAK.

Marriott Rewards - For INCALLS; I’ve earned many free nights with them.

Starwood Preferred Guest Rewards - For INCALLS; Again, FREE nights after staying just a few.  Now they work with Uber to bundle deals.

Best Parking - For OUTCALLS to the beach, etc.  Find the cheapest parking.

Synchrony Online Savings - Much like other online savings options (Ally Bank, Capital One 360, Barclays), it offers no fees and no minimum balance requirement.  However it yields 1.05% APY, which is the highest available rate on any FDIC insured savings account.  You can set it up to make direct deposits automatically, so you won’t be tempted to spend.

Charles Schwab Online Checking - I love this online checking.  If you have to pay bills/wire money online, you may as well do it with no fees and maximum APY.  No account minimum, no fees, no ATM fees, .10% APY on all balances.

MILK MONEY:

The first TRUE step to Saving Money, is Making Money to save!  Here are some tested and proven ways to make extra money for minimal effort:

Flip Free Stuff on Craigslist for $$$ - Just go to FREE STUFF section in CL and get quality items and resell them on many different platforms.  I’ve flipped everything on there from toddlers’ clothes to furniture.

OfferUp - A lot of the things I obtain for FREE from CL and for cheap at yard sales have been flipped on the OfferUp App for 80% – 200% profit and more.  Biggest sellers there are name brand clothing/shoes, Electronics and Furniture.  I also use eBay to flip a lot of free things from CL.

PoshMark - I sell my designer duds there and have made a killing $$$$.  I also had a bunch of Gold Jewelry from the early 2000′s that I no longer wear and that sold like HOTCAKES!  You can sell non-designer items and every day jewelry as well, but they won’t sell for much- maybe $10 to $30 a pop.  However, the shipping is paid for by Poshmark, so even if you sell something for $10, you don’t need to worry about paying for shipping costs; only the 20% fee upon sale.

Task Rabbit - Some of the EASIEST MONEY EVER!!!  This app has the LAZIEST people I’ve ever met!!  I’ve been paid $30/hr to do the most ridiculously easy tasks, from organizing a closet, to putting together an Armoir, to removing a computer virus, to setting up someone’s WiFi.   I even helped one lady balance her check book!  You can also do grocery shopping and personal assistant tasks, which seem to be popular on that app.

GigWalk - Small scale passive income.  Use your phone to do small tasks like scanning or taking photos of items at local grocery stores, and be paid via Paypal (I hope you don’t use Paypal for Adult work! For that, use Square!).  I use this when I’m already going shopping so I can save time and gas.

Fiverr - Do menial tasks for $5 and up (they DO add up).  You can pretty much do ANYTHING and someone will pay for it, LOL.  I do graphic/ web design, blog posts, Copy Editing, ghost writing, 1 minute chats with lonely guys and Social Media shout-outs for $5 to $150 per Gig… Very easy money.  It won’t make you rich, but it’s great supplemental income for minimal time and effort.  Think: Money for Groceries, Phone Bill, Hair, Nail Salon, etc.

Carvertise - If you don’t mind your car being a billboard for big companies, you can make about $50 to $500 a week driving around with Ads on your Car.

Lyft - Drive for Lyft.  You can be tipped,  Plus, you have far less competition due to the lack of over saturation that Uber is experiencing right now.

JustAnswer - This site pays up to $30 per answer you give in your expert opinion.  If you’re a professional in any field, you should sign up. You can choose many categories, too (I chose Medical and IT).  You do have to prove you’re a professional with a resume and any licenses you have, just a heads up. But the money is great!!  All you do is answer questions about subjects you’re already an expert in.

Foap - If you like to partake in smart phone photography, try selling your photos on Foap.  You can sell all sorts of photographs in different genres for as much as you want.

INVEST MONEY:

These are the investments I made (trust me, I made A LOT) that actually rewarded me more than double– INVESTING IS THE KING OF PASSIVE LONG TERM INCOME:

ScotTrade & TD Ameritrade IRA- I use both because I like the leverage of the two, but you don’t have to have more than one.  Both have no minimums, and wide range of investment choices, especially for long term mutual funds. ScotTrade has lower fees and offers a free retirement account plus zero transaction fees for mutual funds.  TD Ameritrade has slightly higher fees but offers tax-optimized direct indexing, automatic tax loss harvesting and automated portfolio re-balancing.  Plus I like that I can manage my Roth IRA with TD Ameritrade, also.

TD Ameritrade Roth IRA - Everyone who claims taxes and makes below $114,000 a year should have a Roth IRA, especially if you have dependents.  Even if you already have 401k, that Roth IRA is additional tax-free money for you and your family in the future.  You can roll over your 401k into your IRA with many platforms, like with TD Ameritrade.  Best bet for Roth IRA is to invest in low fee S&P 500 Index Fund.

Loyal3 - FREE!  Yup, ZERO FEES to trade and you can start with as little as $10.  The catch is, it’s not very diversified.  But they have all the big names like Apple, Coca Cola, Amazon, Facebook, Disney, Netflix, Intel, Square, Microsoft, Tesla, etc.

Acorns Micro-Investing - This app is AMAZING.  If traditional investing bores or intimidates you, this is the solution.  Simply put, you invest your spare change from purchases you already make.   You just connect your spending accounts (credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, etc.), make any purchase anywhere, then the spare change goes to your portfolio.  You can invest without speaking to a broker, or learning about stocks.  It’s automatic, so you’ll never see the money until it’s in your portfolio.  It’s just $1 monthly.  Imagine setting aside $10 a day?  That’s $2K a year, easy.

Trade Bitcoin - I sold my 1 BTC (bought for $200 back then) for $880; I purchased 1 more BTC at $400 a few months back and so far the market value for BTC is now $1000 (w/Interest); I’ll cash in when it hits $2K.  There is very little risk and major reward for trading Bitcoin– the market is only going to go UP.  PLEASE REMEMBER to use a cold storage wallet and to only trade IN PERSON to avoid Uncle Sam seeing your transactions.  Or, if you don’t mind claiming it, use any wallet and exchange platform you like!

FLIP Domains/Websites - This has been such a pleasure!  I bought three domains a few years ago and parked them, and last year sold them for $300, $700 and $1K each.  I just bought another domain for $1K and I’ve had offers on it for $2.5K to date.  Now it takes time– it took me 2, 3 and 6 months to sell them all, but… This avenue is like the digital version of Property Flipping.

Side Hustle - If you’re good at something that happens to be a needed service, capitalize on it with a side hustle.  You don’t have to quit your day job, the initial capital investment and overhead costs are minimal, and the reward is high.  My side hustle is photography, graphic/web design and IT Consulting.  What’s yours?

MANAGE MONEY:

It’s so important to track you finances to know your progress and budget

Mint - Mint allows you to track all your financial activities from ALL of your accounts, including checking, savings and retirement.  It also creates reports on your spending habits and creates budgets for you based on those habits, and displays graphs/pie charts to give you a visual of your net worth and cash flow.

Expensify - For Taxes and Expense reports.  You can snap pics of receipts to use for tax purposes, as well as to create expense reports for budgeting.

NEWBIE ESCORT START-UP KIT

“Newbie Escort Start up Kit”…

What’s a good start up kit and some good advice for new and upcoming escorts who are just starting out due to $$$ issues?

For Starters…
a) Consider the necessary items to keep you healthy, clean and safe from harm.  A good start-up kit is:
**CA$H– A minimum of $150, preferably around $250-$1000
**TIME– Enough time to do thorough research; at least a full day to yourself, preferably a weekend.
**Digital Quality Camera (around at least 8 megapixels), or a smartphone camera of at least 8 megapixels.
**One or two pieces of lingerie and a pair of sexy heels (Target, Dots and Walmart have colorful bra and panty sets for under $20; Also, Payless, Rainbow and most consignment shops have high heels for under $20, if you are strapped for cash)
**Toiletry Essentials:  Mini Mouthwash, Mints/Gum, baby wipes, mild soaps and lotions (nothing too strong), etc.
**Latex Condoms (polyurethane is fine too, but latex is CDC-recommended) in every size; **Latex-Safe Lubricant (preferably water-based).  If you don’t know how to use condoms or which lubes are the safest for you, read up: http://www.dummies.c…s-possible.html
**The address of and Directions to the nearest emergency contraceptive carrier.  Hopefully you’ll never have to utilize such a service, but better safe than sorry.
**Pepper Spray or taser gun, and a faux gun (to scare away predators); hopefully you’ll NEVER have to use this, but you never know if you’ll be in a dangerous situation where you’d be otherwise defenseless.

b) Buy a cheap pay-as-you-go phone so you don’t have to give your personal number out or be worried about answering work calls at inappropriate moments. You can also destroy the SIM card whenever you decide to stop the work.  Another option is Google Voice, which allows you to have two lines on one phone, thus saving you $$$.

c) Have a computer or wi-fi/4-G capable smartphone handy to quickly and effectively place ads simultaneously in several places.  Some may say it’s not imperative to have internet access, but I disagree.  If you want to optimize your exposure to the right clients, you must have internet access in this day and age.

d) Learn the terms and acronyms used in the escort industry to avoid misunderstandings with potential clients:

e) Take some decent photos!  Most cameras have a function that allows timed self portraits.  Take advantage of that.  Try to refrain from cell phone photos; they look cheap and low quality.  Even webcam pics are better than cellphone pics.

f) Create A website!  Grab a FREE website, blogsite or photo portfolio site at one of the following urls:

LATER, as you gain more reviews and experience, you’ll want to gravitate toward P411, TER and Eros.  The investment for Eros is a little high, but your first date will cover the cost and the rest of your dates will be pure profit, so if you really think about it, Eros is a good deal icon_wink.gifh) Rent an incall asap, whether a nice hotel via priceline.com discounts, or a private studio or apartment.
Try shacking up with another escort to reduce private incall co$ts.  Keep your incall comfortable and clean.  Add little romantic accents like candles, $1 red light bulbs, crisp cream-colored sheets, and .  Go the extra mile and grab a few fresh flowers, incense, feather boas, Super Walmart $2.50 grapes/strawberries and $5 wine.
Find transportation, either a driver, your own car, or public transportation (not recommended), if you intend to do outcalls.
i) Take an effective Crash course in SEX EDUCATION to keep informed and educated on STD’s, Sexual Health, Rape and Violence against Women.  HERE is a quick primer I wrote in this forum (you must be logged in as a provider to read):  http://independentgi…-safer-sex-101/

SOME OTHER QUICK START UP TIPS TO CONSIDER (read more at saafe.info):
1) Think about your privacy.
Decide on a working name for yourself – don’t use your real name unless you want everyone knowing your personal business. Decide if you are happy to use photos showing your face or other identifying info. If you aren’t, don’t give them to anyone – once they are out there, you lose all control over what happens to them.
If you decide on a website, do not register your own domain name without adding a privacy option or your name and address will be available to all via a simple “WHOIS” search. If someone else registers it for you, then make sure you have proof that it is actually yours.
2) Get the money first.
That includes getting the cash from clients before anything happens and, if you decide to use an agency, not giving them any money until you have cash in your hand from a client.
3) Think about your sexual health.
The vast majority of escort bookings involve being sexual with men. While using condoms each time you have intercourse with clients or anyone is highly recommended, will you use another form of contraception too? Purchase branded condoms and make sure you don’t run out – you don’t want to have to run out during a booking to get more or to hope that ones supplied by a client are okay. Different escorts have different preferences for condoms – try several kinds. Have a few small and extra large ones handy just in case you get a maggot scrotum or donkey dick, and don’t forget the condom-friendly lube!
4) Think again about your sexual health.
Book an appointment at a local sexual health clinic and ask for the Hepatitis B jab which is given to people in personal services jobs such as nurses etc. If you will be ‘rimming’ or otherwise potentially in contact with clients’ poo, tell them and they should also give you the Hepatitis A jab. The service should be confidential so do explain to them what you do for a living so they can advise you accordingly but don’t offer your real name if you don’t feel comfortable doing so – you will need to give correct contact details though in case of a problem. Just remember what name you use when you book your next appointment!
5) Think yet again about your sexual and emotional health.
Decide on your boundaries and stick to them. If you don’t want to perform oral without a condom or be on the receiving end of anal sex, for example, then don’t – no matter who tells you that ‘everyone does’.
Think about what you really want from escorting and plan to review your objectives so you don’t end up bitter and twisted by doing and hating such a personal job – think of life beyond escorting.
6) Network with other escorts where possible -
This forum is for ladies who want to connect, share info and buddy up… Also attend LADIES’ GTs and socials.  Look at and talk to others about what they are doing and how they are doing it to help decide how and where you want to market yourself.
7) Be aware that not everyone is nice.
As a new escort, you are seen as fresh meat by a variety of predators.
8] If you are unsure about anything, ask. No matter how basic or silly the question may seem.
As they say, the only silly questions are those you don’t ask. Join a forum or two with a safe environment to ask all sorts of questions which will be answered by people who have been there and done it. Escort and Sugar Baby Banking Considerations

Banking seems to be a common trouble spot  for escorts, dommes and sugar babies. Here are some tips for making cash deposits and what types of accounts are most beneficial for sugar babies, dommes and escorts.

Info

-The bank is required to automatically flag any deposit over $10,000.

-If you deposit $2,000 five times in one day, you’ll still get flagged.

-Any deposit the bank deems to be suspicious will be flagged.

-You only report interest paid to the IRS if your account is interest bearing. This means, if you have a savings account or an interest bearing checking account, you will accrue interest and must report this on your taxes.

-Most accounts require the owner to have a certain amount of money in the account or a penalty must be paid. Some banks will let you set up alerts to guard against this.

-Any one person may give you a gift of $14,000 per year without having to pay a gift tax.

-The giver of the gift is responsible to pay the gift tax, not the receiver. However, arrangements can be made if necessary.

-If you have cash that you don’t want to deposit, get a safe. A really, really good safe. One that is fire proof, water proof, etc. You don’t want your hard earned money to go to waste.

Tips

-Set up accounts at multiple banks. Banks do not communicate with one another and this allows you to make smaller deposits more frequently.

-Do not deposit the same exact amount each time.

-Mix the deposits. In some cases, I will deposit cash and personal checks not related to SB/SD work.

-Look like you have money. Dress nicely, have your makeup done, wear some jewelry. If you are dressed in sweats and UGGs, it may seem a bit suspicious.

-Visit the same branch and make friends with the tellers. Always be polite, chatty, and smile. They will get to know you as a regular customer and trust you. If they know you regularly make larger deposits, they won’t be suspicious.

-Find banks that have ATMs that will immediately deposit your cash. Newer PNC banks have these ATMs. This allows you to make deposits after hours and no teller is present. These transactions are not flagged unless they exceed the $10,000 limit.
